On Friday, January 11th, a Virginia woman was accused of purchasing twenty-five firearms in a fifteen day period, planning on trafficking the firearms. Although their is no law indicating how many firearms one can purchase, Kimberly Dinkins went to sell them to other people and make her own profit. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives said the Kimberly stated she sold all the firearms, but lied when the police found some still under her possession. According to the authorities, one of the firearms she sold was to a drug trafficker in Maryland. Kimberly is soon to be in court represented by the federal public defender's office.
